It’s always a good idea to check what you’ve liked on social media in the past, especially if you’re still trying to figure out why you liked it in the first place. You can also see what kind of content you’re drawn to as well as you can also find new accounts to follow.

Step 1:
Open the Facebook app and tap on the “Profile icon.”

Step 2:
Tap on the “3 Lines hamburger icon.”

Step 3:
Tap on “Your activity.”

Step 4:
Tap on “Interactions.”

Step 5:
Tap on “Likes.”

Step 6:
You can see all the posts you have liked previously.

Step 7:
To check to see posts on a specific date, tap on “Sort & filter.”

Step: 8
Set your starting and ending date.

Step 9:
Once you set the date, tap on “Apply.”

Here you can see posts during a particular time period.

What are the limitations of visiting previously liked posts?
According to Instagram’s official help page, you can visit only 300 posts.
