Open the Instagram app and tap “Profile”

Go to “Privacy”

Now on the privacy tab, swipe the blue button to left.

Tap “Switch to the public”

Uncheck the private account

Once you uncheck the bar, you will get a notification to confirm. Tap “OK,” and Instagram will change to a public account.
