Start by accessing your ContentStudio Dashboard. If you haven’t signed up yet, you can create a free account to get started.
Click Compose in the top menu and select Social Post to open the Post Composer.
From the left sidebar, choose the Pinterest account and board where you want your pin to go.
Fill in the pin title and description. Add relevant keywords and hashtags to boost visibility.
Click the cloud icon to upload images, videos, or PDFs. Click “Add Media” to upload an image or video from your device, select from your Media Library, or connect your Dropbox or Google Drive for easy access. You can also upload videos directly into the composer from your device. Pinterest favors fresh, high-quality visuals, so make them count!
Add a clickable link that your audience will be redirected to when they click on the pin.
ContentStudio offers multiple scheduling options. Select one of the following:
Use “Same time for all accounts” to post on multiple boards at once or choose “Custom time for each account” for more strategic timing.
Collaborating with a team or client? Use the Send for Approval button to get content reviewed before it goes live.
Once everything looks perfect, click Schedule, and your pin is good to go!
