Sendible pricing 2026: Every plan, profile limit, and add-on charge

Publer prices by the slot, not by the plan. Professional starts at $5 per month and Business at $10 per month, and each of those figures covers exactly one social account, one user, and zero additional members. On yearly billing, those entry rates drop to $4 and $8 per month. There is also a genuine free plan covering three social accounts.
That makes Publer one of the cheapest entry points in social media management, and one of the hardest to budget for, because the number you see on the plan card is only the starting figure. The price climbs as you add accounts and team members, and Publer does not publish the rate for each additional slot.
This article covers every published plan and price, the free plan’s real limits, how the per-slot model scales, what a team of three or five can expect to pay, the daily posting caps that function as a hidden ceiling, and how the total compares with ContentStudio.
All prices are USD. Publer states that VAT is not included, payments are handled by PayPro Global and Paddle, and a 14-day money-back guarantee applies.
| Plan | Monthly billing | Yearly billing (per month) | Included at base price | Users | Workspaces | Free option |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | $0 | 3 social accounts (no X/Twitter) | 1 | 1 | Free forever |
| Professional | $5 | $4 | 1 social account, 0 additional members | 1 | Unlimited | 7-day free trial |
| Business | $10 | $8 | 1 social account, 0 additional members | 1 | Unlimited | 14-day free trial |
| Enterprise | Custom quote | Custom, billed yearly | Custom | Custom | Unlimited | Demo |
The critical column is “included at base price.” Publer’s help documentation confirms it plainly: “Publer’s paid plans start out with 1 social account, 1 user and 0 additional members.” Everything beyond that is added with the counters on the pricing page, and the total updates as you change them.
Yearly billing. Publer’s plans page describes annual billing as “2 months free,” while its help documentation describes it as a 20% discount. The published rates support the 20% figure: $4 is exactly 20% off $5, and $8 is exactly 20% off $10. Two months free would be a 16.7% saving, so the discount is slightly better than the headline suggests.
Volume discount. For every 9 social accounts or additional members you add, the 10th is free. That applies to accounts and members separately.
Publer’s free plan is permanent rather than a trial, and it is more usable than most free tiers in this category.
It covers three social accounts, one user, and one workspace. X/Twitter cannot be connected on Free. You get 10 scheduled posts per social account at a time, a rolling limit where a new slot opens as soon as a post publishes or is deleted, plus 25 saved drafts and 24 hours of published post history.
The included feature list is long: post curation, preview, calendar view, feed preview, Linkie link-in-bio, OpenAI integration, mobile app, browser extension, Canva integration, the built-in photo editor, importing from Drive and Unsplash, shortcodes, link shortening, and two-factor authentication.
Daily posting is capped: 12 Facebook posts and reels per profile per day, 15 Instagram posts and reels, 25 X posts, 10 LinkedIn profile posts, 5 Google Business updates and 3 YouTube videos.
Free also gives you free trials of most paid features without a credit card, which is an unusually generous arrangement.
The 24-hour post history is the limit most people hit first. Without it, you cannot review what you published last week, which makes the free plan hard to run a real reporting cycle on.
Professional removes the structural restrictions rather than adding analytics. It covers unlimited scheduling and drafts, unlimited media storage, unlimited workspaces, unlimited RSS automations, eternal post history, and the X/Twitter integration that Free lacks.
It also adds scheduling first comments and threads, approval workflows, bulk scheduling, a media library, unbranded link-in-bio for Instagram, trending social media posts and industry news, automatic RSS posting, watermarking photos, automatic signatures, and auto-share and auto-delete.
Daily limits roughly double against Free: 24 Facebook posts and reels per profile per day, 20 Instagram, 50 X, 18 LinkedIn page posts.
What Professional does not include is the analytics layer. No analytics insights or reports, no best times to post, no competitor analysis, no hashtag analytics, no post recycling, no API access.
Professional suits a solopreneur or creator who needs unlimited publishing and X access but does not report on performance in the tool.
Business is Professional plus the entire data and automation layer: analytics insights and reports, best times to post, competitor analysis, hashtag analysis and suggestions, unlimited AI prompts, spintax-powered post recycling, recurring posts, video design via VistaCreate, video watermarking, and access to the Publer API and MCP.
Daily limits rise again: 36 Facebook posts and reels per profile per day, 25 Instagram, 100 X, 24 LinkedIn page posts.
At double the Professional rate, Business is the plan most teams actually need. Post recycling and analytics are the two features that justify paying for a scheduler rather than posting natively, and both sit here.
Business suits small and mid-sized businesses and agencies that report on results. Once the account count passes five, it is worth checking the per-slot total against a flat-rate plan, which the Publer alternative breakdown sets out side by side.
Enterprise includes everything in Business plus volume discounts, 1:1 onboarding, prioritised support, unlimited daily posting, early access to new features, expedited feature requests, and bank or wire transfer payment.
No price is published. The unlimited daily posting is the substantive difference for high-volume publishers, though Publer notes that social networks’ own limits may still apply.
If you are still narrowing a shortlist, the pillar guide on how to choose a social media management tool covers the evaluation criteria.
Publer’s total depends on three factors: the plan, the number of social accounts, and the number of additional members. The first two are published. The third is where the published pricing stops being specific.
What Publer publishes: the base rate ($5 Professional, $10 Business, monthly) covering one social account and one user, and the rule that every 10th account or member is free.
What Publer does not publish: the rate for each additional social account, and the rate for each additional member. The help documentation says only that “the price then adjusts,” and points you back to the plans page calculator.
That gap matters, so the scenarios below are built on Publer’s published entry rate applied linearly: $5 per social account per month on Professional and $10 on Business, with yearly rates 20% lower. They are clearly labelled estimates, not quoted prices. Run your own configuration through the counters on Publer’s plans page before budgeting.
Assume three people and six social accounts, two brands with three networks each.
| Plan | Billing | Accounts | Additional members | Estimated monthly total | Estimated annual |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Professional | Monthly | 6 × $5 = $30 | 2, rate not published | $30 + members | $360 + members |
| Professional | Yearly | 6 × $4 = $24 | 2, rate not published | $24 + members | $288 + members |
| Business | Monthly | 6 × $10 = $60 | 2, rate not published | $60 + members | $720 + members |
| Business | Yearly | 6 × $8 = $48 | 2, rate not published | $48 + members | $576 + members |
All figures are estimates derived from the published entry rate. The additional-member charge is genuinely undisclosed on Publer’s public pages; it is not an omission we can fill with a number.
Assume five people and 12 social accounts, four brands with three networks each.
| Plan | Billing | Accounts | Additional members | Estimated monthly total | Estimated annual |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Professional | Yearly | 12 accounts, 10th free → 11 × $4 = $44 | 4, rate not published | $44 + members | $528 + members |
| Business | Yearly | 12 accounts, 10th free → 11 × $8 = $88 | 4, rate not published | $88 + members | $1,056 + members |
The volume rule is applied here: with 12 accounts, the 10th is free, so you pay for 11.
Two things stand out. First, Publer is extremely cheap at small scale: a solo creator on Business with three accounts pays an estimated $24 per month on yearly billing, which is less than most competitors’ entry plans. Second, it scales linearly, so the advantage narrows as the account count rises. At 25 social accounts, estimated Business yearly pricing reaches roughly $184 per month, which is no longer a budget option.
The absence of a published per-slot rate is the main weakness in Publer’s pricing transparency, and it is the one thing to resolve before you commit. For a fixed figure to compare against, ContentStudio pricing publishes every tier, add-on, and limit on one page.
Publer’s headline prices are among the lowest in the category, which means the things that raise them deserve attention.
The headline price covers one account. This is the most common misreading of Publer’s pricing. “$4/month” is not the cost of the plan; it is the cost of one social account on that plan. A four-account setup costs four times that.
Per-slot rates are not published. Neither the additional social account rate nor the additional member rate appears on the plans page or in the help articles. You discover the total by configuring the counters.
X/Twitter is excluded from Free. If X is part of your publishing, the free plan does not work at all, and Professional is the minimum.
Daily posting limits are real ceilings. Free allows 12 Facebook posts per profile per day and Professional 24. Business raises it to 36. Only Enterprise is unlimited, and even then Publer notes that the networks’ own limits apply. For a brand running high-volume Stories or multi-platform campaigns, this is a genuine constraint that most competitors do not impose.
Workspaces are free, but members are not. Unlimited workspaces on both paid plans is a genuine advantage for freelancers juggling clients, though every person you invite is billed. Flat-rate plans such as ContentStudio’s Agency Unlimited tier remove that variable entirely.
Analytics sit behind Business. Professional has no analytics, no best times to post, no competitor analysis, and no hashtag analytics. If reporting matters, your real entry price is the Business rate, which is double.
Post recycling is a Business feature. Spintax-powered recycling and recurring posts are among the features most people assume are standard. They are not.
VAT is not included. Publer states this on the plans page.
Payment processing. Payments run through PayPro Global and Paddle rather than Publer directly. A 14-day money-back guarantee applies.
What is not a hidden cost: unlimited workspaces on both paid plans, unlimited media storage, and unlimited scheduling on Professional and above. Those are real inclusions that competitors frequently meter.
Yes. Publer offers a permanent free plan, labelled “Free forever” on the plans page, alongside free trials of the paid plans.
What the free plan includes: one user, one workspace, up to three social accounts, 10 scheduled posts at a time per social account, 25 saved drafts, 24 hours of published post history, Linkie integration, and free trials of most paid features without a credit card.
What it excludes: X/Twitter connections, unlimited workspaces, approval workflows, bulk scheduling, the media library, RSS automation, analytics, and the entire Business feature set.
Daily limits on Free: 12 Facebook posts and reels per profile, 12 Facebook Stories, 15 Instagram posts and reels, 15 Instagram Stories, 25 X posts, 10 LinkedIn profile posts, 12 LinkedIn page posts, 12 Pinterest pins, 5 Google Business updates, 3 YouTube videos and 3 Telegram messages per day.
Is there also a free trial? Yes, and the length depends on the plan. The plans page shows a 7-day free trial on Professional and a 14-day free trial on Business. Publer’s help documentation confirms the trial is 7 or 14 days depending on which plan you choose.
Is a card required? Publer’s free plan explicitly offers “free trials on paid features” without a credit card. For the full plan trials, check the sign-up flow.
When you will need to upgrade: the three-account cap and the 24-hour post history are the two limits that force the decision. Anyone needing X access has to upgrade immediately.
Publer’s free plan is the most capable of the free tiers among the tools in this comparison set, and it is a legitimate long-term option for a single operator running three accounts at modest volume.
These two price on opposite philosophies. Publer meters everything and charges per slot. ContentStudio bundles capacity into plans and charges a flat rate.
| Publer Business (estimated) | ContentStudio Standard | |
|---|---|---|
| Yearly billing | 5 × $8 = $40/month | $19/month |
| Annual payment | $480 (estimated) | $228 |
| Social accounts | 5 | 5 |
| Users | 1 | 1 |
| Workspaces | Unlimited | 1 |
| Analytics | Included | Included |
| AI | Unlimited AI prompts | 25,000 AI text credits/month |
At five accounts with analytics, ContentStudio Standard is less than half the price: $228 a year against an estimated $480. Publer’s per-slot model works against it as soon as you pass two or three accounts on the Business plan.
On Professional, the comparison is closer: 5 × $4 = $20 per month, or $240 a year, which is nearly identical to ContentStudio Standard. But Professional has no analytics, so you are comparing different products.
| Publer Business (estimated) | ContentStudio Advanced + 1 user | |
|---|---|---|
| Yearly billing | 10 accounts (10th free) = 9 × $8 = $72/month, plus 2 members | $49 + $10 = $59/month |
| Annual payment | $864+ (estimated) | $708 |
| Social accounts | 10 | 10 |
| Users | 3 | 3 |
| Workspaces | Unlimited | 2 |
ContentStudio Advanced with one extra seat is roughly $156 a year cheaper at this configuration, before Publer’s undisclosed member charges are added. Publer’s advantage is unlimited workspaces, which ContentStudio reserves for Agency Unlimited.
| Publer Business (estimated) | ContentStudio Agency Unlimited | |
|---|---|---|
| Yearly billing | 25 accounts, 2 free = 23 × $8 = $184/month | $99/month |
| Annual payment | $2,208 (estimated) | $1,188 |
| Users | Billed per member | Unlimited |
| Workspaces | Unlimited | Unlimited |
At agency scale, the gap is over $1,000 a year, and it widens with every team member added on Publer’s side while ContentStudio’s price stays flat.
Publer is cheaper when you run one to three social accounts, or when you need a permanent free plan. At that scale, nothing here competes. At $48 a year on Professional yearly billing for one account, it is close to free.
Publer also wins on workspaces. Unlimited workspaces on a $4-per-month plan is unusual, and it suits freelancers who want each client separated without paying agency rates.
ContentStudio is cheaper above roughly five accounts, and the gap compounds. Flat-rate plans beat per-slot pricing as soon as the slot count climbs, and ContentStudio’s Agency Unlimited removes both the account ceiling and the user charge at $99 per month.
The Publer vs. ContentStudio comparison covers the feature differences. On price alone, count your social accounts: Publer wins below five, ContentStudio wins above.
Publer’s value is real at the bottom of the range and thins out quickly as you scale, which is the natural consequence of per-slot pricing.
The free plan is worth using. Three accounts, unlimited post curation, Canva integration, link-in-bio, and a mobile app for nothing is a better free tier than most competitors offer. For a side project or a single small business account, it may be all you need.
Professional at $4 per account per month on yearly billing is excellent value for solo creators. Unlimited scheduling, unlimited workspaces, eternal post history, and X access for a handful of dollars a month is hard to argue with.
Business is where you should start if you care about results. Analytics, best times to post, competitor analysis, and post recycling all live here. Treat the Professional price as the cost of a publishing tool and the Business price as the cost of a social media management tool.
It becomes expensive above five accounts. At 10 accounts on Business yearly billing, the estimated cost is $72 per month before member charges, which puts it in the same bracket as flat-rate tools that include far more capacity. Agencies should model their full account and member count before assuming Publer is the budget option.
The undisclosed per-slot rate is the one real friction. You cannot build a twelve-month budget from Publer’s published pricing without configuring the calculator, and that is a reasonable criticism of an otherwise transparent page.
Check these before you buy: your exact social account count, remembering that each page and each profile counts separately; whether anyone else needs a login, since members are billed; whether your daily posting volume fits within the per-plan caps; and whether you need analytics, which doubles the per-account rate.
If you are one person with a few accounts, Publer is among the best-priced tools available. If you are a team with a client roster, compare it against a Publer alternative before committing.
Because the price scales per slot, the plan choice is really a feature choice, and the cost follows from your account count.
| Your situation | Plan | Yearly billing (estimated) | Why |
|---|---|---|---|
| Testing the tool, up to 3 accounts, no X | Free | $0 | Genuinely usable, with free trials of paid features |
| Solo creator, needs X and unlimited scheduling | Professional | $4 per account/month | Unlimited posts, workspaces and media storage |
| Anyone who reports on performance | Business | $8 per account/month | Analytics, best times, competitor and hashtag data |
| Small team with client separation | Business | $8 per account/month | Unlimited workspaces on both paid plans |
| High daily posting volume | Enterprise | Custom | Only Enterprise lifts the daily per-profile caps |
| 20 or more social accounts | Compare alternatives | None | Per-slot pricing stops being cheap around this point |
The first question is whether you need analytics. If you do, Professional is not the plan; budget at the Business rate from the start, because the gap between them is the entire measurement layer.
The second question is your true account count. Count every page, profile, and channel separately, then multiply. That number, not the plan card, is your monthly cost.
Professional starts at $5 per month and Business at $10 per month on monthly billing, dropping to $4 and $8 on yearly billing. Each of those rates covers one social account, one user, and no additional members.
Yes. The plans page shows a 7-day free trial on Professional and a 14-day free trial on Business. The free plan also lets you trial most paid features without a credit card.
Both. Paid plans start with one social account and one user, and you add more of each with the counters on the plans page. For every 9 social accounts or additional members, the 10th is free.
On Business yearly billing, five accounts at the published $8 entry rate works out to an estimated $40 per month. Publer does not publish the rate for each additional account, so confirm the figure in the calculator before budgeting.
No. X/Twitter integration requires Professional or above.
Yes. The plans page describes it as 2 months free, and the help documentation puts the discount at 20%. The published rates support the 20% figure.
Professional covers publishing, unlimited scheduling, workspaces, media storage, RSS and X access. Business adds the data layer: analytics and reports, best times to post, competitor analysis, hashtag analytics, unlimited AI prompts, post recycling, and API and MCP access.
Yes, daily per-profile limits apply on every plan except Enterprise. Free allows 12 Facebook posts and reels per profile per day, Professional 24 and Business 36, with similar tiering across other networks.
For one to three social accounts, it is among the best value available, and the free plan is genuinely usable. Above five accounts, flat-rate tools generally cost less for the same capacity.
ContentStudio is the closest comparison once the account count climbs. Metricool is the other tool here with a permanent free plan.
