1 - Add the ContentStudio app
Open Plugins in the ChatGPT sidebar, search for ContentStudio, and add the app published by ContentStudio Inc.

Troubleshooting
Quick fixes for common problems
Most issues come down to finding the app, ChatGPT not knowing to use it, or the wrong workspace.
Can't find ContentStudio in Plugins
Search for “ContentStudio” in the Plugins directory and look for the listing by ContentStudio Inc. On a Business or Enterprise workspace, your admin may need to allow it first.
ChatGPT isn't using ContentStudio
Click Try in chat on the ContentStudio listing, or mention ContentStudio at the start of your message so ChatGPT knows to use the app.
Sign-in window closes or loops
Allow pop-ups for chatgpt.com and sign in to ContentStudio in the same browser, then reconnect from Plugins → ContentStudio → Manage.
Post went to the wrong brand
Name the workspace at the start of the chat, for example “use the Bloom Bakery workspace”. ChatGPT confirms it before writing.
Image didn't attach
Upload the image in the chat, or share a public link, like a Dropbox or Drive file set to “anyone with the link.”
RateLimitError
Too many requests at once, usually in big bulk jobs. Wait a moment, then ask ChatGPT to continue in smaller batches.

How does ContentStudio work with ChatGPT?+
ContentStudio is an official app in ChatGPT's Plugins directory, published by ContentStudio Inc. Once added, ChatGPT can review your workspaces and connected accounts, manage posts and media, handle approvals and comments, and pull analytics from a normal conversation.
How do I add ContentStudio to ChatGPT?+
Open Plugins in the ChatGPT sidebar, search for ContentStudio, add the app, and sign in with your ContentStudio account. Then click Try in chat to start.
Do I need a paid ChatGPT plan?+
No paid ChatGPT plan is needed for the official app. The custom MCP connector route needs Developer mode, which is on Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise, and Edu plans on the web.
Should I use the official app or the custom MCP link?+
Use the official app unless you already run custom connectors in Developer mode. Both reach the same ContentStudio account with the same tools.
