Child safety standards
Last updated: November 4, 2026
These standards apply to the ContentStudio: Social Manager mobile app and to the ContentStudio platform, operated by ContentStudio Inc. ContentStudio has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). CSAE and CSAM are strictly prohibited anywhere in connection with our apps and services.
1. Who and what these standards cover
ContentStudio is a social media management platform for businesses, agencies and creators. You must be at least 18 years old to use it. These standards cover everything people create or share through ContentStudio, including:
- Posts and drafts, including AI-generated text, images and video
- Files in the media library
- Comments and notes from team members, clients and guests
- Messages and comments from connected social accounts, as shown in the inbox
2. What is prohibited
You must not use ContentStudio to:
- Create, upload, store, schedule, publish or share CSAM, including AI-generated or AI-edited images and video
- Create or share any content that sexualizes, exploits or endangers a minor
- Groom, solicit or sexually exploit a minor, or help anyone else to do so
- Do any of the above on a connected social platform
3. How to report a concern
Anyone can report a concern, whether or not they have a ContentStudio account.
- In the app: use the help option in the app menu
- By email: write to childsafety@contentstudio.io
Please describe what you saw and include a link, post, account or workspace name if you have one. Do not attach, download or forward the material itself.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police or emergency services first. You can also report directly to the NCMEC CyberTipline. If the content is on another social platform, please report it to that platform as well, because it controls the content there.
4. How we respond
We review every child safety report. When we become aware of CSAM or child sexual exploitation connected to our service, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the content
- Suspend or terminate the accounts responsible
- Preserve relevant information as required by law
- Report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and any other appropriate authority, as required by applicable law
- Cooperate with valid law enforcement requests
5. Compliance with law
We comply with applicable child safety laws in the places where ContentStudio operates, including laws on reporting CSAM.
6. Child safety contact
Questions about these standards, including from app stores, safety organizations and authorities, can be sent to childsafety@contentstudio.io.
