Publer pricing 2026: What you pay per social account and per member
Written by

Sendible publishes five plans, and all of them include unlimited users. On annual billing, the rates are $30, $84, $169, $254, and $638 per month for Core, Plus, Premium, Elite, and Enterprise. The page states the position bluntly in its own headline: “Unlimited users on all plans.”
That one decision removes the variable most social media tools build their pricing around. Your Sendible bill is driven by social profiles and workspaces, not headcount. A two-person agency and a twenty-person agency managing the same six client profiles pay the same $30 per month.
Whether that works out cheap depends entirely on your profile-to-people ratio. This article covers every published rate, what each plan includes, what a team of three or five pays, the white label and workspace costs that sit outside the plan price, and how the total compares with ContentStudio.
All figures are USD. Sendible also bills in GBP and EUR, and UK customers are charged VAT on top.
| Plan | Annual billing (per month) | Monthly billing | Users | Workspaces | Social profiles | Free option |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Core | $30 | $35 | Unlimited | 1 | 6 | 14-day trial |
| Plus | $84 | $99 | Unlimited | 3 | 18 | 14-day trial |
| Premium | $169 | $199 | Unlimited | 7 | 42 | 14-day trial |
| Elite | $254 | $299 | Unlimited | 15 | 90 | 14-day trial |
| Enterprise | $638 | $750 | Unlimited | 50 | 300 | Demo |
A note on the monthly figures. Sendible’s pricing page displays the annual rates by default and does not print the monthly amounts in the captured page content. The monthly column above applies Sendible’s published 15% annual discount in reverse, and each figure reconciles to within rounding: $35 × 0.85 = $29.75, $99 × 0.85 = $84.15, $199 × 0.85 = $169.15, $299 × 0.85 = $254.15, $750 × 0.85 = $637.50. Treat them as derived rather than quoted, and confirm at checkout with the monthly toggle selected.
The structure is cleanly proportional. Every step up triples the workspaces and the profiles, 1, 3, 7, 15, and 50 workspaces against 6, 18, 42, 90, and 300 profiles, which works out to six profiles per workspace on every plan.
Sendible describes Core as essential management for one or two brands or locations. It includes one workspace, six social profiles, and unlimited users.
Feature-wise, it is more complete than most entry plans. Core includes unlimited AI credits, bulk scheduling, monitoring and replying, standard reports including Google Analytics, direct posting to all supported networks, the image and video editor, Canva integration, RSS feeds and auto-posting, Google Drive and Dropbox integrations, the Chrome extension, Priority Inbox, real-time comment monitoring, and Zapier.
The daily send limit is 100 posts per workspace per day, with 10 smart queues available on the plan.
What Core does not include: assignment and approvals, content libraries, custom reports, campaigns, and white label. For a small business or a freelancer with one or two brands, none of those are usually dealbreakers.
Core suits a solo marketer or small business where several people need access, but the profile count stays under six. For a single user, it is worth checking a single-seat plan instead: the Sendible alternative breakdown runs that comparison.
Plus triples capacity to three workspaces and 18 social profiles, and raises the daily send limit to 200 per workspace with 30 smart queues.
The functional addition is assignment and approvals. That is the gate between a tool you post from and a tool a team works in, and it is the main reason to move off Core.
Plus suits a small agency with two or three clients, or an in-house team managing several brands that needs a review step before publishing.
Premium covers seven workspaces and 42 social profiles, with 300 daily sends per workspace and 70 smart queues.
It adds the first genuinely agency-grade features: content libraries, custom branded reports (2 per workspace), campaigns, saving and sharing reports in PDF, automatically emailed reports, live report sharing, custom approval workflows, dedicated onboarding, and a dedicated account manager.
Support response time improves to five hours during business hours, from six on Core.
Premium is Sendible’s marked “Most popular” plan and suits an established agency managing five to seven clients that needs branded client reporting.
Elite covers 15 workspaces and 90 social profiles, 500 daily sends per workspace, and unlimited smart queues. Custom reports rise to three per workspace.
Elite adds bulk posting dynamic fields and advanced user permissions, plus permission groups. White label becomes available as a paid add-on starting at $349 per month; note that this is more than the plan itself costs.
Elite suits a growing agency with 10 to 15 clients that needs granular permission control.
Enterprise covers 50 workspaces and 300 social profiles, with access to all features and SSO. Daily sends stay at 500 per workspace.
White label on Enterprise is a paid add-on at $800 per month.
Unusually for this category, Sendible publishes an Enterprise price rather than hiding it behind a quote. That makes budgeting easier, and it makes the comparison honest.
If you are earlier in the process, the pillar guide on how to choose a social media management tool covers what to evaluate before cost.
This is the shortest team-cost section you will read about any tool in this category, because the answer does not change with headcount.
| Billing | Plan | Published rate | Annual payment | Effective monthly | Per-user cost |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Annual | Core | $30/month | $360 | $30 | $10.00 |
| Monthly | Core | $35/month (derived) | $420 | $35 | $11.67 |
| Billing | Plan | Published rate | Annual payment | Effective monthly | Per-user cost |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Annual | Core | $30/month | $360 | $30 | $6.00 |
| Monthly | Core | $35/month (derived) | $420 | $35 | $7.00 |
The annual payment figures are our calculation from Sendible’s published monthly rate. The per-user figures are also ours; Sendible does not charge per user, and the numbers are shown only to make the effect visible. Add a sixth person and the bill stays at $30.
Since seats are free, your plan is chosen by two numbers:
That is also where flat-rate plans start to compete, since ContentStudio pricing puts 25 social accounts and unlimited workspaces at $99 per month.
A five-person agency with four clients and five profiles each needs 20 profiles and four workspaces, which means Premium at $169 per month on annual billing, not Core. The seats are free; the clients are not.
| Plan | Annual billing | Profiles | Cost per profile per month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Core | $30 | 6 | $5.00 |
| Plus | $84 | 18 | $4.67 |
| Premium | $169 | 42 | $4.02 |
| Elite | $254 | 90 | $2.82 |
| Enterprise | $638 | 300 | $2.13 |
These are our calculations from Sendible’s published rates. The per-profile cost falls steadily as you move up, from $5.00 on Core to $2.13 on Enterprise, a genuine volume discount of roughly 57% across the range.
That curve rewards buying ahead of your needs, but only if you will actually fill the capacity. An agency with 20 profiles pays Premium’s $169 for 42 slots, an effective rate of $8.45 per profile in use. The cheapest position on Sendible is just under a tier ceiling, and the most expensive is just over one.
| Requirement | Plan needed | Annual billing | Annual payment |
|---|---|---|---|
| 3 people, 1 brand, 6 profiles | Core | $30/month | $360 |
| 5 people, 3 clients, 18 profiles | Plus | $84/month | $1,008 |
| 8 people, 7 clients, 40 profiles | Premium | $169/month | $2,028 |
| 12 people, 14 clients, 85 profiles | Elite | $254/month | $3,048 |
Annual payment figures are calculated from the published monthly rates.
Sendible’s biggest pricing advantage, no per-seat fees, is stated openly, and so are most of its costs. Three items are worth isolating, because two of them are large.
White label costs more than the plan. On Elite, white label starts at $349 per month, against a plan price of $254. On Enterprise, it is $800 per month, against a plan price of $638. If white-labelled client access is a requirement, your real entry point is roughly $603 per month on annual billing, not $254. This is the single largest cost on Sendible’s page, and it is easy to miss because it sits in the FAQ rather than on the plan card.
Extra workspaces have no published price. Sendible’s page states that each additional workspace includes six more social profiles, but it does not publish what one costs. If your client count sits just above a plan boundary, eight clients on a seven-workspace plan, you cannot calculate the cheaper option from the published page. Ask before assuming an add-on is cheaper than the next tier.
Daily send limits are per workspace. Core allows 100 sends per workspace per day and Enterprise allows 500. Sendible’s FAQ also describes a per-user daily limit of 100 posts, which suggests the ceiling interacts with team size. For high-volume publishers, check which limit binds first.
White label is where the comparison gets expensive. At $349 per month on Elite, Sendible’s add-on costs more than most competitors’ entire agency plans. The ContentStudio vs. Sendible breakdown shows the same requirement priced at $50 per month.
Custom reports are rationed. Two per workspace on Premium, three on Elite and Enterprise. Core and Plus get standard reports only. Agencies that build bespoke reporting per client should count their templates before choosing a tier.
Smart queues are capped per plan, not per workspace. Ten on Core and 30 on Plus are plan-wide totals, so spreading them across three clients on Plus leaves ten each.
VAT and currency. UK customers are billed VAT on top of the listed price. Sendible bills in USD, GBP and EUR, and the figures in this article are the USD rates.
One discount per account. Non-profits and charities get 15% off monthly or 25% off annual, and only one discount applies per account, so the non-profit discount and the annual discount do not stack beyond the 25% annual rate.
What is not a hidden cost, and deserves saying twice: there are no per-seat fees on any plan, and no contract. Sendible’s page lists “No card required,” “Cancel anytime” and “No contract” alongside the 14-day trial.
No. Sendible has no free plan. It offers a 14-day free trial on Core, Plus, and Premium, with Elite and Enterprise routed to a demo booking instead.
Does the trial require a card? The pricing page says “No card required” at the top. The FAQ adds a detail worth knowing: a card is requested at the end of the trial, and billing starts automatically if a card was added during the trial. If you add payment details early, set a reminder before day 14.
What the trial includes: access to the plan you select for 14 days. Sendible does not publish restrictions on trial functionality.
What happens afterwards: access ends unless you subscribe. There is no free tier to fall back to.
Discounts: non-profits and charities get 15% off monthly plans or 25% off annual plans, with one discount per account.
Both tools remove per-seat pricing at some point in the range, which makes this a cleaner comparison than most. The difference is where they remove it.
Sendible includes unlimited users on every plan, starting at $30 per month. ContentStudio includes one user on Standard, two on Advanced, and unlimited on Agency Unlimited at $99 per month, with extra seats available at $10 per month on the lower tiers.
| Sendible Core | ContentStudio Standard | |
|---|---|---|
| Annual billing | $30/month ($360/year) | $19/month ($228/year) |
| Monthly billing | $35 (derived) | $29 |
| Social profiles / accounts | 6 | 5 |
| Users | Unlimited | 1 |
| Workspaces | 1 | 1 |
| Approvals | No | On Advanced |
| AI credits | Unlimited AI credits | 25,000 AI text credits/month |
For a single user, ContentStudio Standard is $132 a year cheaper with one fewer social account. For any team of two or more, Sendible Core is cheaper, because the second ContentStudio seat costs $10 per month and the second Sendible seat costs nothing.
The crossover is at two users. Below it, ContentStudio. At or above it, Sendible, provided six profiles is enough.
| Sendible Core | Sendible Plus | ContentStudio Advanced + 3 users | ContentStudio Agency Unlimited | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Annual billing | $30/month | $84/month | $79/month | $99/month |
| Annual payment | $360 | $1,008 | $948 | $1,188 |
| Social accounts | 6 | 18 | 10 | 25 |
| Workspaces | 1 | 3 | 2 | Unlimited |
| Users | Unlimited | Unlimited | 5 | Unlimited |
If five people share one brand with six profiles, Sendible Core at $360 a year is dramatically cheaper than anything comparable, at $588 a year less than ContentStudio Advanced with the extra seats.
If those five people manage several clients, the picture changes. Sendible Plus at $1,008 a year gives 18 profiles across three workspaces. ContentStudio Agency Unlimited at $1,188 gives 25 social accounts across unlimited workspaces, which is more capacity for $180 more.
| Scenario: 25 profiles, unlimited clients, 5 users | Sendible | ContentStudio |
|---|---|---|
| Plan | Premium (42 profiles, 7 workspaces) | Agency Unlimited (25 accounts, unlimited workspaces) |
| Annual billing | $169/month | $99/month |
| Annual payment | $2,028 | $1,188 |
At that capacity, ContentStudio is $840 a year cheaper, mainly because Sendible’s next step up from 18 profiles is 42, and you pay for the full jump.
Sendible is cheaper when your team is larger than your profile count, a five- or ten-person team running one or two brands. Core at $360 a year with unlimited users is the strongest value in this comparison set for that shape of team.
ContentStudio is cheaper when the profile count climbs past a Sendible tier boundary, when you need many client workspaces, or when you are a solo operator. Unlimited workspaces on Agency Unlimited avoid the step-change that Sendible’s 1-3-7-15 workspace ladder creates.
White label flips the comparison entirely. Sendible’s white label add-on starts at $349 per month on Elite. ContentStudio prices white label at $50 per month or $500 per year on Agency Unlimited. If white label is a requirement, the gap is substantial.
Sendible’s pricing is honest and unusually well-matched to one kind of buyer: a team where several people need access to a small number of brands.
Core at $30 per month is the standout. Unlimited users, six profiles, unlimited AI credits, monitoring and replying, and standard reports. Nothing else in this comparison set offers an uncapped seat count at that price.
Plus at $84 per month is the sensible agency starting point. Approvals and assignment are the features that separate a scheduling tool from a team tool, and three workspaces cover a small client roster.
Premium is where you start paying for headroom. The jump from 18 to 42 profiles is large, and an agency with 20 profiles pays Premium rates for capacity it is only half using. If your profile count sits between tiers, ask about additional workspace pricing before upgrading.
White label changes the maths completely. At $349 per month on Elite, the add-on costs more than the plan. Agencies that need white-labelled client dashboards should price the full package, roughly $7,236 a year on annual billing for Elite plus white label, before deciding, and compare that figure against competitors that bundle or cheaply add white labelling.
The full cost of a white-labelled agency setup. It is worth writing the number out. Elite at $254 per month plus white label from $349 per month is $603 per month on annual billing, or $7,236 a year, for 15 workspaces and 90 profiles. Enterprise at $638 plus $800 is $1,438 per month, or $17,256 a year, for 50 workspaces and 300 profiles. Those are serious agency budgets, and the white-label component is more than half the bill in the Elite case.
Sendible is not the right call for a solo operator. Paying for unlimited seats you will never use is the mirror image of paying for profiles you will never use. A single-seat plan elsewhere will cost less.
Check these before you buy: your profile count, including every page and account, since each counts separately; your workspace count, which usually matches your client count; whether white label is a requirement, because it more than doubles the bill; and whether you add a card during the trial, since billing starts automatically if you do.
If your team is large and your brand count is small, Sendible is priced better than almost anything else here. If the reverse is true, compare it against a cheaper Sendible alternative.
Since seats are free on every plan, the table is driven entirely by profiles and workspaces.
| Your situation | Plan | Annual billing | Why |
|---|---|---|---|
| One or two brands, up to 6 profiles, any team size | Core | $30/month | Unlimited users, unlimited AI credits, monitoring and replying |
| Small agency, 2 to 3 clients, approvals needed | Plus | $84/month | Assignment and approvals start here |
| Agency with 5 to 7 clients and branded reporting | Premium | $169/month | Content libraries, custom branded reports and campaigns |
| 10 to 15 clients, granular permissions | Elite | $254/month | Advanced user permissions and unlimited smart queues |
| White-labelled client dashboards | Elite + add-on | $603/month | White-label starts at $349/month on top of the plan |
| 20 or more clients | Enterprise | $638/month | 50 workspaces, 300 profiles, SSO |
Two numbers decide the plan: your profile count and your workspace count. Everything else, including headcount, is free.
Before upgrading, check whether an extra workspace would cover the gap instead. Sendible says each additional workspace adds six profiles, which could be cheaper than a full tier jump, but the price is not published, so you have to ask.
On annual billing, $30 for Core, $84 for Plus, $169 for Premium, $254 for Elite, and $638 for Enterprise, in USD. Monthly billing is roughly 15% higher, which works out to approximately $35, $99, $199, $299, and $750.
Yes, 14 days on Core, Plus, and Premium, with no card required to start. Elite and Enterprise are demo-led. Note that if you add a card during the trial, billing starts automatically when it ends.
No. Every plan includes unlimited users with zero per-seat fees. Your plan is determined by social profiles and workspaces instead.
The same as for a team of one: from $30 per month on annual billing for Core. The relevant question is how many profiles and workspaces those five people need, not how many of them there are.
Every social media account you connect counts as one profile, including each Facebook page, Instagram account, and X account. Each profile includes the ability to post, pull reports, and stream comments and feeds.
White label is a paid add-on on Elite and Enterprise, starting at $349 per month on Elite and $800 per month on Enterprise, in USD.
Yes, at a 15% saving against monthly rates.
Non-profits and charities get 15% off monthly or 25% off annual plans. Only one discount applies per account.
For teams where several people need access to a handful of brands, it is among the best-value options available, because seats cost nothing. For solo users or for agencies needing white label, the effective cost is higher than the headline rate suggests.
One on Core, three on Plus, seven on Premium, 15 on Elite, and 50 on Enterprise. Every plan works out to six social profiles per workspace.
Sendible states that each additional workspace includes six more social profiles, but it does not publish a price for one. Ask Sendible directly before assuming an add-on is cheaper than the next tier up.
Yes. Daily send limits run from 100 posts per workspace per day on Core to 500 on Elite and Enterprise. Sendible’s FAQ also references a limit of 100 daily posts per user across all profiles.
ContentStudio is the closest comparison for agencies that need unlimited workspaces and affordable white labelling. Metricool and Loomly are also worth a look depending on whether reporting or approvals matter more.
