No. We don't multiply your whole plan price by every team member the way per seat tools do. Standard includes a single user and doesn't offer seat extras. Advanced includes a set number of users, with additional seats available as a low cost extra. Agency Unlimited and Enterprise include unlimited users. Your team can grow without your bill jumping a full tier for every person.

Paying yearly saves you up to 34% versus paying month to month. Standard drops from $29 to $19 per month, Advanced from $69 to $49, and Agency Unlimited from $139 to $99. You pay once for the year up front and lock in the lower rate.

Yes. You can move from monthly to annual at any time to capture the discount, and the change is reflected on your next charge.

Yes. You can change plans whenever your needs change, right from your billing settings. Upgrades and extras are prorated within your current billing cycle, so you only pay for the difference. To downgrade, you can remove add-ons or move the whole plan down to a lower tier, and any remaining balance is refunded.

Subscriptions are billed securely through Paddle, our payment provider, on a monthly or yearly cycle. We accept major credit and debit cards, and you can view and download every invoice from Settings → Billing & Plan. Any applicable tax or VAT is calculated automatically at checkout based on your location.

Each connected profile counts as one, so a Facebook page, an Instagram profile and a LinkedIn page are three social accounts. Standard includes 5, Advanced includes 10, and Agency Unlimited starts at 25 with room to scale.

Your work stays put. Nothing is deleted or cut off. On Advanced and Agency Unlimited you can add more capacity instantly, or move up a plan if that's a better fit.

Yes, on Advanced and Agency Unlimited (Standard doesn't include extras, so you'd upgrade to Advanced first). You can add capacity directly from billing settings, with pricing shown in real time before you confirm and prorated to your billing cycle. On the Agency Unlimited plan, users and workspaces are already unlimited, and extra social accounts use tiered pricing that gets cheaper as you scale.

Yes, it's built for it. Agency Unlimited gives you unlimited workspaces (one clean dashboard per client), unlimited team members, white label options, approval workflows and client management, with social accounts that get cheaper per account the more you add.

You get a one time 7 day free trial with full access to the entire ContentStudio suite, with no credit card required to start. Add payment details whenever you're ready, during or after the trial.

If you haven't added payment details, nothing is charged. To keep going, just choose a plan and your workspaces, connected accounts and scheduled content carry straight over.

No. ContentStudio doesn't offer a free forever plan or lifetime (LTD) deals. The only free option is the 7 day trial, after which a paid plan keeps your account active.

Yes. If you need a break, you can pause billing instead of cancelling. Your data, workspaces and settings stay safe, and you can resume anytime with full access restored. Pausing takes effect immediately or at the end of your current billing cycle, your choice.

Yes, you can cancel anytime from your billing settings (cancellation is handled by the account's Super Admin). You keep access through the end of your paid period, and your data is retained. We also offer a 30 day money back guarantee for first time subscribers, starting from your initial paid subscription date. Contact support and we'll handle eligible refunds. Absolutely. We take data security seriously. ContentStudio is GDPR compliant, hosted on top tier European data centers with SSL encryption, and independently assessed through Google's CASA security program every year. Your data is managed securely and can be deleted on request.

Yes. Additional API credits can be purchased on Annual plans, Agency Unlimited plans, and dedicated API plans. Additional AI credits can also be purchased separately based on your usage requirements.

Yes. Image generation and video generation use different AI providers and models, each with its own credit consumption. Keeping them separate allows for more accurate usage tracking and billing.

Yes. You can earn a 30% recurring commission for the first year by referring ContentStudio to your network. The Unified Social Inbox is not available on the Standard plan. To access this feature, you will need to upgrade to either the Advanced or Agency Unlimited plan.

Yes. ContentStudio retains account data for up to 90 days after subscription expiration. After this period, the data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Customer support is included with all ContentStudio plans at no additional cost. Enterprise customers may also receive access to dedicated support resources depending on their agreement.
