Agorapulse pricing 2026: What a team really pays beyond the per-user price

Planable pricing is based on how many workspaces you need, not how many people join your team. You can add more reviewers without increasing your user costs, but every additional paid workspace adds to your bill. The costs can climb further when you need analytics, inbox access, or social listening, as these features come with separate fees for each workspace.
However, workspace costs are only one part of the budget. Post limits, connected pages, approval requirements, and the tools each client needs can also affect what you pay as your agency grows.
This guide breaks down Planable’s plans, additional fees, and usage limits to help you understand the actual cost of managing multiple clients. It also compares them with ContentStudio, where Agency Unlimited includes unlimited workspaces and users, unlimited publishing, analytics, and a social inbox within its account allowance.
Planable sells three paid plans and a limited free trial, and each paid plan is priced per workspace. The table shows what one workspace costs before any add-ons.
| Plan | Per workspace per month | Per workspace per year | Created posts per month | Connected pages | Users |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free trial | $0 | Not applicable | 50 in total, no reset | Confirm current trial allowance | Unlimited |
| Basic | $39 | $390 | 60 | 4 | Unlimited |
| Pro | $59 | About $590 | 150 | 10 | Unlimited |
| Enterprise | Custom quote | Typically starts around $2,500/year; custom quote | Unlimited | Confirm in quote: official pages differ | Unlimited |
Source: checked on 29 October 2026 on planable.io/pricing and Planable’s official pricing document. Annual subscription prices are published in Planable’s official help center. Taxes, purchased extras, and negotiated terms can change the final invoice.
Use the published annual totals when budgeting. The $33 and $49 figures on the yearly cards are rounded monthly equivalents.
Annual billing is a straightforward discount: Planable states that you pay for 10 months and get 12, billed as one upfront payment. That is a saving of about 17%.
| Plan | 12 monthly payments | Annual payment | Saving |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | $468 | $390 | $78 |
| Pro | $708 | $590 | $118 |
Monthly billing stays available and can be cancelled at any time. Annual customers who cancel mid-cycle keep access until the end of the paid period.
A workspace is the unit Planable charges for, so understanding it is the key to estimating your bill. Planable describes it as a dedicated space for one client, brand, or location, holding its own pages, calendar, team, campaigns, and approval flow.
Planable recommends one workspace per brand or client to separate pages, content, and approval workflows. Following that setup, five clients require five paid workspaces. Adding collaborators does not increase the user charge, but adding paid workspaces increases the subscription.
That makes the number of brands or clients a much bigger cost driver than team size.
Workspace charges are not the only way these tools scale. Our Agorapulse pricing breakdown explains the alternative model of charging separately for users and additional profiles.
Each plan raises the monthly post quota, the page count, and the approval controls, and a few features that agencies treat as basic start at Pro. The sections below show what each plan includes and where it stops.
Basic includes 60 created posts per workspace per month and four connected pages, with feed and calendar views, 3 campaigns, 5 labels, 10 GB of media storage, and one week of version history. It also includes suggested edits, AI post writing, recurring posts, an AI connector and design, chat and automation integrations.
Its limits matter more than its inclusions. Approval is optional and cannot be enforced, there is no grid or list view, no team-only drafts and notes, no public API, and no SSO. X publishing is capped at one post per 24 hours, and support is limited to the knowledge base.
Pro raises the allowances to 150 created posts, 10 connected pages, 10 campaigns, 10 labels, 50 GB of storage, and 30 days of version history. It adds grid view, team-only drafts and notes, bulk approval, syncing of previously published content, the public API, unlimited X publishing, and chat support.
Its biggest change is enforced approval, covered in the next section. Pro still caps posts and pages, and multi-level approvals, list view, and SSO remain Enterprise features.
Enterprise adds unlimited posts, campaigns, and labels, 50 connected pages per workspace, multi-level approval, list view, SSO, unlimited version history, priority support, personalized onboarding, and a dedicated account manager. Payment by bank or wire transfer is also available.
Planable’s help center says Enterprise typically starts around $2,500 a year. Final pricing, page limits, storage, and add-on inclusions require confirmation in the quote.
Approval rules are the most useful way to choose between plans, because they decide whether a post can ever slip out unreviewed. Planable’s four settings differ in what they enforce.
| Setting | What it means | Available on |
|---|---|---|
| None | Publish without an approval step | Basic, Pro, Enterprise |
| Optional | Approval is available but does not block publishing | Basic, Pro, Enterprise |
| Required | At least one approver must sign off before the post can publish | Pro, Enterprise |
| Multi-level | Sequential sign-off, such as team lead, then client, then legal | Enterprise |
The practical question is therefore not just how many accounts you manage, but whether publishing must be blocked until the right people approve. Basic’s two settings never block, so a team that promises clients mandatory sign-off needs Pro at minimum.
Planable sells reporting, inbox, listening, extra publishing capacity, and extra storage separately. Availability and billing depend on the add-on and plan.
| Add-on | Per workspace per month | Per workspace per year | Card display on yearly view |
|---|---|---|---|
| Analytics | $14 | $140 | $12 |
| Social Inbox | $9 | $90 | $7.50 |
| Social Listening | $99 | $990 | $82.50 |
| Extra posts—Pro only | $49 | $490 | Raises the quota to 500 created posts per workspace per month |
| Extra storage | $20 per 50 GB | $200 per 50 GB | Adds media storage |
Analytics, Social Inbox, and Social Listening each offer a 30-day trial on a paid plan. They are not included in the 50-post free trial. The “card display” column shows the same rounding pattern as the plans: $140 a year is about $11.67 a month, and the card shows $12.
Analytics adds cross-channel statistics, page and post metrics, audience insights, personalized best posting times, client-ready reports, and competitor analytics for up to five competitor profiles. Coverage on Planable’s FAQ lists a defined set of major networks and Google Business Profile, so it is not a universal reporting layer.
Competitor analytics looks at the competitors’ own profiles and posts, and it does not track conversations that mention them.
Social Inbox puts comments and direct messages in one place, with replies, reactions, status sorting, AI reply suggestions, and sentiment sorting. Comment coverage is limited to four major networks, and direct messages to two, which is narrower than the networks you can publish to.
Social Listening is the largest single add-on at $99 a month per workspace, and it does not require Analytics. It includes 1 brand keyword, 3 topic keywords, and 3 competitor keywords per workspace, with sentiment, engagement, spike alerts, and CSV export.
The refresh schedule is the detail that changes how you can use it. The documented schedule refreshes brand and competitor keywords every 24 hours and topic keywords every seven days. It is not a live monitoring stream.
The cost of Planable depends on three numbers: how many workspaces you run, which plan each needs, and which add-ons you switch on. Teams comparing per-workspace and per-plan models can find more in our guide on how to choose a social media management tool.
This table adds the add-ons to a single workspace, at list prices before taxes.
| Configuration | Basic per month | Basic per year | Pro per month | Pro per year |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Base plan | $39 | $390 | $59 | $590 |
| + Analytics | $53 | $530 | $73 | $730 |
| + Social Inbox | $48 | $480 | $68 | $680 |
| + Analytics and Inbox | $62 | $620 | $82 | $820 |
| + Social Listening | $138 | $1,380 | $158 | $1,580 |
| + Analytics, Inbox and Listening | $161 | $1,610 | $181 | $1,810 |
Adding Analytics, Inbox, and Listening raises Basic from $390 to $1,610 a year per workspace, more than four times the base subscription.
This table shows how the base subscription grows with each client or brand on annual billing.
| Workspaces | Basic per year | Pro per year |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | $390 | $590 |
| 3 | $1,170 | $1,770 |
| 5 | $1,950 | $2,950 |
| 10 | $3,900 | $5,900 |
Five clients on Pro with Analytics and Social Inbox in every workspace cost 5 × $820 = $4,100 a year. Switching on Social Listening everywhere raises that to 5 × $1,810 = $9,050. These are list-price calculations, and actual quotes can differ.
When comparing agency subscriptions, use the full client workload rather than a single-workspace price. Our Sendible pricing breakdown provides another reference for matching account and team requirements to a paid plan.
Planable’s contract terms are short, but several rules affect what you can recover, so a missed renewal can cost a full period. The rules below come from Planable’s terms, last revised on 14 April 2026.
Subscriptions renew automatically, and you must cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Self-service customers can change or cancel in the Billing Dashboard, while Enterprise and Custom customers must contact Planable with at least 90 days’ notice.
No. The terms state that all sales are final and that subscription fees are not refunded. Downgrades, including removing workspaces, create a credit for future invoices and not cash back.
A 30-day add-on trial is a trial, and it should not be read as a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Yes. Planable can change fees with advance notice before they apply, and the terms do not state how many days that notice must be.
Unlimited users and per-workspace pricing make Planable inexpensive for some teams and costly for others, so this section looks at four situations.
This is where Planable’s model works best. One brand with a large internal and client review team pays $390 a year on Basic or $590 on Pro, regardless of how many people comment, edit, or approve.
Three clients cost $1,170 on Basic or $1,770 on Pro. If any client needs mandatory sign-off, that client’s workspace has to be on Pro, and whether plans can be mixed across workspaces is not verified.
Cost grows linearly with five Pro workspaces cost $2,950, and ten cost $5,900 before add-ons. Planable mentions volume discounts for five or more workspaces, but no percentage is published. Agencies in this position often review a Planable alternative for growing teams, where adding a client does not add a full workspace charge.
SSO, multi-level approvals and unlimited posts sit on Enterprise, so the quote, not the rate card, sets the cost. Planable’s pages disagree on whether Analytics and Social Inbox come with Enterprise, which makes written confirmation essential.
With Planable’s numbers laid out, here is what comparable situations cost on ContentStudio, shown the same way. The figures come from ContentStudio’s own pricing page.
ContentStudio charges per plan, not per workspace or per user. Its pricing page lists Standard at $19, Advanced at $49, and Agency Unlimited at $99 per month on annual billing.
Standard includes 5 social accounts, 1 workspace, and 1 user. Advanced includes 10 accounts, 2 workspaces, and 2 users, with extra users at $10 a month. Agency Unlimited includes unlimited workspaces and users and starts with 25 accounts. Full details are on the ContentStudio pricing page.
The table pairs each situation with the cheapest ContentStudio option that covers the same workspaces and accounts.
| Situation | Planable option | Planable yearly | ContentStudio option | ContentStudio yearly |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 brand, 4 pages, 1 user | Basic | $390 | Standard | $228 |
| 1 brand, 10 pages, required approval, 5 reviewers | Pro | $590 | Advanced + 3 extra users | $948 |
| 5 clients, 3 pages each, approvals | 5 Pro workspaces | $2,950 | Agency Unlimited | $1,188 |
| 8 clients, 3 pages each, approvals, analytics and inbox | 8 Pro workspaces + Analytics + Inbox | $6,560 | Agency Unlimited | $1,188 |
Sources: Planable figures from planable.io/pricing and its official pricing document, ContentStudio figures from contentstudio.io/pricing, all checked on 29 October 2026. The extra-user rate is assumed to apply to annual billing, which the page does not state separately.
The table is not one-sided, because the second row shows Planable costing less for a single brand with many reviewers.
These configurations cover the stated workspaces, accounts, and users, not identical feature sets. ContentStudio Agency Unlimited includes unlimited publishing, approval workflows, analytics, competitor analytics, and a social inbox across its 25 included social accounts. Planable’s Pro subscription caps created posts and charges separately for Analytics and Social Inbox.
Listening and full platform white-labeling are excluded from this comparison. ContentStudio accounts beyond the included allowance cost extra. For the wider feature comparison, see ContentStudio vs Planable.
Planable rewards teams with one brand and many reviewers, and it gets expensive when clients multiply and add-ons follow each workspace. The decision comes down to three numbers:
how many workspaces you will run, whether any of them must block publishing until approval, and which add-ons you need in each.
The simplest next step is to list your clients or brands and mark which ones need mandatory sign-off. That list turns the tables above into your own total, and a free ContentStudio trial lets you test the same accounts on a plan-based tool before you commit. The pricing page states that no credit card is required to start.
For the multi-client configurations compared here, yes. Five Planable Pro workspaces cost $2,950 a year before add-ons at published list rates. ContentStudio Agency Unlimited costs $1,188 a year with unlimited workspaces and users, 25 social accounts, analytics, and a social inbox, a $1,762 difference. A single Planable workspace can cost less, so compare your actual client and account requirements.
Planable recommends a separate workspace for each client, with each paid workspace adding to the subscription. Analytics and Social Inbox can add further charges per workspace. ContentStudio Agency Unlimited includes unlimited workspaces and users for $1,188 a year, with 25 social accounts included. For agencies, this means adding a client workspace does not create another base workspace charge, although additional social accounts may cost extra.
At published annual list rates, five Planable Pro workspaces cost $2,950 before add-ons. ContentStudio Agency Unlimited costs $1,188 a year with unlimited workspaces and users, 25 social accounts, analytics, and a social inbox, a $1,762 lower annual subscription cost. This comparison assumes those 25 accounts cover your clients’ needs and excludes any negotiated Planable volume discount.
Planable Basic includes 60 created posts per workspace per month, while Pro includes 150. Enterprise offers unlimited posts. ContentStudio lists unlimited social posting across its Standard, Advanced, and Agency Unlimited plans, so higher publishing volume does not require buying a larger monthly post allowance. Social-network publishing restrictions still apply.
Yes, where they apply. Prices are in USD and exclude tax, and any tax appears as a separate line on the invoice. The customer is responsible for paying it unless they provide an approved tax exemption certificate.
